He is a professional member of the Chartered Institution of Waste Management and the United Kingdom Society for Environment, International Solid Waste Association, Denmark, Nigerian Environmental Society and Nigerian Institute of Architects.

The professional exposure profile of Mr. Ossai includes Design and Construction of wastewater treatment plants, development of various waste management programmes and strategies including Regional and State Municipal Solid Waste Management Plans and Waste minimization programme for Factories. Ossai is the first African to be certified as International Waste Manager by International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) and he is currently the National President of Waste Management Society of Nigeria and a member of Landfill Technical Working Group of ISWA.

Dr. Chima has over 10 years experience in process design and various aspects of Environment and waste management functions. He has participated in a number of highly successful projects in Nigeria and overseas, ranging from planning to facility design and construction. His majors include Design and optimization of fractionation systems, construction of wastewater treatment plants, and development of Waste minimization and pollution abatement strategies. Dr. Chima holds a doctorate (PhD) degree in Chemical Engineering from Aston University, England; M.Sc. degree in Environmental Pollution Control (Leeds), and B.Sc. degree in Chemistry (Ibadan). He is a professional member of the society of chemical industries, UK.; Chemical society of Nigeria; Nigerian Environmental Society; Waste Management Society of Nigeria and International Solid Waste Association, Denmark.

SOBITAN, Adedayo A.

Dayo is a Chemical Engineering graduate of the University of Lagos with special interest in Oil and Gas industry. He also attended an Executive Program in Leadership and Entrepreneurship at the IESE Business School and, obtained a Masters in Business Administration degree at the Lagos Business.

He has since been engaged in Sales development of new cutting edge technology from production enhancement tools to well engineering services locally and internationally. He has worked as an intern with both Mobil Oil Nigeria and the Department of Petroleum Resources. He has worked in various organisations as a business development officer and before joining The Initiates Limited, was in the employment of the Cat Oil and Gas Limited as a Business Manager.

Engr. Gbola Falade has over 7 years experience in various aspect of QHSE management system covering: Documentations, Health & Environmental Surveillance and Safety & Quality Control Engineering. He has undergone some relevant training in his area of expertise. He is a Chartered member of Waste Management Society of Nigeria (WAMASON), Nigerian Environmental Society (NES) and also has Level 3 Professional Safety Certification from NISP. He holds Master of Engineering Degree in Environmental Engineering and B.Eng. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

He is a Chartered Waste manager with over 6 years professional experience in both liquid and solid waste management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Professional Certificate in HSE from NISP. He is also a Member of the Wastes Management Society of Nigeria.

The job profile of Anama includes Waste Characterization and Treatability Analysis, Site assessment and Contract management. He has worked on many waste management projects including site investigation and remediation, Management Planning, Waste Auditing, Regeneration and Recycling for different organizations, and agencies of government.

OMORUYI Nosa

He holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Science and various professional certifications. Nosa has over 15years exposure in Remediation services. He has worked with US-EPA as a Remediation expert on various Super-Fund Sites in the United States of America.

NWADIKE, Patrick Emenike

Mr. Nwadike, Patrick E. brings into the operations of TIL 12 years of diverse experience from various sectors, including Private Security Services, Subscription Cable Television, Micro-Finance Banking and Electrical/Electronic-Security Services.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has been involved in the administration and financial control of the company, which include Statutory reporting, Design of internal control systems, computer-based Accounting and Costing methods. Mr. Nwadike, Patrick E. is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and other professional bodies.
